Office365

I wanted to know how I could sell Office365 from an IT consultant point of view?  I'm thinking of selling the hours worked on clients network/busines, but how could I position my services with Office365? Is there a way I could just sell the hours worked on this?  What's involved from an IT in-house person as far as getting this started for clients and keep it going?

there is obviously some setup and migration costs
some training costs - to show them the subtle differences and what you can and cant do.

Beside setup, configuration, migration and training you could offer to run as intermediate when there are problems with office 365. You also could offer support for trouble with internet connections, network or local computer problems, deliver a replacement computer or laptop, office support, etc

you could go the :managed services" route - and sell a fixed cost per PC per month
If a client is interested in the office365 model, they may well be open to the managed services model.
It can be an easy service to provide - even if you dont use support apps such as Kaseya or GFI Hounddog (and hundreds of others)

Wolfcamel,

What support apps would you recommend?

kaseya is great - but can be expensive if you are starting out. There are some companies providing hosted kaseya based solutions which may be useful. GFI is OK.
Also - remote tools like logmein - may even be enough to get you started so you can provide remote support without any great overhead.
