I have a self made test that I use. I also give an IQ test (I copied from the internet).
From my experience the test is OK, but I will ask them to explain their answer also and then also change up the scenario of a question a little when talking to them (after the test) to see how much they understand and know.
I only do that with people who sufficiently passed the first tests and seem promising.
Sorry, but no links to any tests you can use right away.
I would just create a test based on your environment. Do you have Exchange, then add some exchange questions. What other apps do you have, make some questions for those.
Exchange questions examples?
Like what is a PST file?
If I have outlook XP, what is the size limit of a PST file?
What is an OST file?
If you have a helpdesk system, then you can review tickets and use those problems as a basis for your test.
