We sell seats at classes throughout the country. We have “coordinators” that go onsite to all of the classes that we offer. We’d like the capability to allow those consultants to use our online store to sell books to class participants at the site.
The books would not need shipping because they would be handed to the participant on site. However, we would need to charge the participant’s credit card or take cash or check at the time of the sale.
We have been thinking of creating a special user account and modifying the cart code to look for this user and skip the shipping step. We use Paypal as our payment processor and not sure if we’d need to allow them to modify the credit card info during checkout.
How would I set something up like this?
