Shopping for new T1 provider, any suggestion?

Hi,
We have 6 sites currently all using Megapath T1 services. We are not very happy with their reliability and tech support. Anyone has good experience with different T1 provider?

Thanks,

Where are you located?

Why are you looking at T1?  Why not FiOS/Cable Business Internet?  You could get BOTH and pay the same price as a T1 and have redundant connections that are 10x (or more) faster than T1s and using different technologies so the odds of BOTH going down are EXTREMELY low.

leew,
Most of our location don't have FIOS and we are upgrading to MPLS anyway, so I believe we need to use the same provider for all sites.

Thanks Spartan, I will look into Paetec.

I just found out that loosk like the T1 site that we keep having problem were used to run by Covad (Voice and Data Duet plan),  megapath on other sites seems to be fairly reliable. So we will probably stay with Megapath and get a new circuit for that problematic office. Thanks all!
