SBS 2011: How many Member Servers can I have?

Hello, I have done some research and think I already know the answer to this but need to triple check before doing a new SBS 2011 setup:

True or False: In SBS 2011 (Premium), although you can only have one Domain Controller, you can have as many Member Servers as you like. Specifically, since I'm setting up SBS2011 Premium, I will have the main SBS DC Server, a member server running WinServ2008R2--I also have a legacy server running WinServ2003R2 as a Terminal Server. Basically I need to know for sure that I can connect this 2003R2 Terminal Server to my new SBS Premium domain without issue.

I think this should work fine but let me know if otherwise! Also, I'm assuming that my old Terminal Server box will still work with SBS2011/2008R2--I am aware that the newer server version use Remote Desktop Services but I just need to use 2003R2 Term Serv for now.

Thanks!

Cliff, excellent answer thanks much. I have a simple setup currently--one 2003R2 Domain Controller and one 2003R2 Terminal Server. I may migrate and stay with same domain but just not sure yet. I actually had a different discussion regarding this previously and there seems to be pros and cons to doing this in my case since I only have 10-15 users and one location. Also, word up on the SBS Premium info you gave--I did understand this fully but MS licensing is complicated so it's worthy to note. So, if I do end up going the route of creating a completely new domain (still undecided), I wouldn't mind even reinstalling the Terminal Server and joining to the new domain if need be. It would be some extra work...but there's no important data that's on this server so setting it up again isn't too much of an issue. Of course, perhaps I could simply join it to a new domain without reinstallation?
Thanks, I'm assigning points but if anyone else has comments feel free to chime in.
