Why if an email is send to a Outlook 2003 client the format looks correct above the signature lines, whereas the same email received on an Outlook 2010 client adds in (doubles) extra space. I have noticed Word 2010 (as standard) adds in extra spacing. I just can’t find the configuration change required to correct this. Thanks, Malcolm
Unfortunately this relates to MS Word. It is MS Outlook 2010 I have the issue with. To explain further, received emails on a MS Outlook 2010 client adds spaces between the last type word of the sender and the senders signature. This does NOT happen on a MS Outlook 2003 client with the same email!
Thanks for the link. Malcolm.
