How to restore closed Web Parts in TFS 2010 Portal Project Dashboard?

Hello.

We have Team Foundation Server 2010 installation. On Project Portal on Project Dashboard page one team member accidentally closed all web parts, he thought it was "My Dashboard" page.

Now Project Dashboard is empty.

Please provide exact steps to restore its functionality.

ImaCircularSaw,

I opened that page before I asked this question, from that page I got info that web parts are closed. I don't know where must I press with my mouse to make them be "Open". The "Reset" menu item does not work for that.
I tried to set checkboxes on all items, pressed "Reset". Nothing happens with their status.

I think similar to menu item "Close", it must be menu item "Open", but there is no one.

My current permissions: Full Control, Design, Contribute.

Please help.

Experts, I also tried this solution:
http://www.sharepoint911.com/blogs/john/archive/2008/10/15/how-to-open-a-closed-web-part.aspx
and have the following error:
http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/sharepoint2010general/thread/bcb6e2de-30cd-4f7d-95bb-a4c7a5aaa11e

Now I have completely no ideas of what to do with this page.

Btw, I tied to make a copy of it. It was empty.
I tried to export such page from another project. After import it was empty too with closed parts.

Now please carefully read my last message starting with "Experts,"

Link in it is the same that you provide.

I tried that solution and it gave me error after I drag-n-drop closed part on page:

Unable to add selected web part(s). The Web Part you attempted to add no longer exists in the Closed Web Parts Gallery. It may have already been added to the Web Part Page. Refresh your browser to update the Web Part Page and the Gallery.

I refresh my browser page as suggested, but nothing happens to parts configuration.

I googled, surely. Found no solution. So I ask here.

And more, I cannot add any part (closed or new) from that Advanced Web Part Gallery toolbox. Error is the same.
When I add new part via big buttons "Add a Web Part" on areas in page, all is ok.

I'll provide screenshots for you to see the situation.

On screen3 you can see list of web parts that I want to un-close and error message that occurs when I want to drag-n-drop closed part to page. The gallery selection is wrong - it is on "Energy Gallery" (it moves there after error occurrs), but actually it shows parts of "Closed Web Parts" gallery.
On screen2 you can see that I can't add web part other than some standard lists, files and calendars.
