backup and disaster recovery solutions for small business - recomendations?

I need to know some good backup providers. I was looking at Zenith info tech but want some alternative suggestions.
Therefore companies that ideally provide an instant recover of files for when say users accidently delete them.
And the option of an offsite disaster recovery solution. Therefore a mirrored cloud solution so that in the event of complete failure you have an offsite copy of all the data and ideally even a virtual environment to where the data can be run in such an event.
Any suggestions. I'm also about to call up Epic backup.

How much data do you need to backup and what type of retention period do you need?

Say 1TB of data ideally. Or the room to grow for that. One client for example backs up only 200GB to tape but there is about anohter 300GB of largely static data that it would be nice to backup.
As for retention period, well currenlty the tapes mean they go back a month, but the longer the better.
