Windows 7 - I enabled a local computer policy, I'd like to have this done throught the Registry instead any Idea's

I Set "Enable" on the following policy on the Win7 machine for the “ Allow Print Spooler to accept client connections” GPO located here:  Computer Configuration - Administrative Templates - Printers - Allow print spooler to accept client connections.
