I have a PC which has UK and Russian fonts installed. The user receives pdf documents which have russian titles. When he tries to open them he get the error &quot;there was an error opening this document. The filename, &nbsp;directory name or volume label syntax is incorrect&quot;.<br />
These are sent as Email attachments and if he does a &quot;Save As&quot; he can rename and open. <br />
He receives many documents each day so this is a pain.<br />
Any ideas why they cannot be opened directly.<br />
