Microsoft Volume License Keys have changed, Need to update KMS Server

Currently we have a Windows Server 2008 KMS host that we use to activate our Windows 7 and Vista machines.  We also have a Windows Server 2008 R2 server that we use as a KMS host to activate Office 2010.  We have made some changes and now all of our product keys have changed.  So, we would like to do a couple of things.  First, we want to update our KMS hosts to reflect the new product keys.  Second, we would like to consolidate and only use the Windows Server 2008 R2 as a KMS host.  Can someone please help us determine the best way to accomplish this?  The person who originally set this up is no longer employed with us and the rest of us are new to this.  Any help would be appreciated!
