Hi; I've restated the transport service with no result. E-mail goes straight into our server so there should not be anything there causing the issue. <br />
The users do not have any limits set to thiri accounts so I assume its the global settings that apply then.<br />

Our company cannot receive E-mail from outside the organization with a 8 + MB attachment. Our Exchange server 2010 replies with a &quot;#5.2.3 smtp;450 5.2.3 Msg Size greater than allowed by Remote Host&quot;. <br />
As default under Organization Configuration - Hub Transport - Global Settings - Transport setting we have set both send and receive size to 20MB.<br />
Yesterday I increased the Maximum message size to 15360 KB in Server configuration - Hub Transport - Receive connectors - our server.<br />
Still almost 12 hours later the client cannot send us the E-mail with attachment.<br />

Obviously I have missed something and hope someone can help shed some light on this.<br />
