SBS2003 Certificate issue IIS6

Hello,

I recently renewed my certificate on my SBS2003 server using a self signed certificate, and it works as expected.  However I have an additional web site in the web sites section of IIS6 called "Quarantine Digest".  Previously this worked over port 8083 for https and used the same certificate.  It has stopped working over the secure port.

When I go to the properties of the "Quarntine Digest", select the Directoyr Security TAB and click the "View Certificate" button nothing happens.  When I click on "Server Certificate" it starts the wizard to replace the server certificate, which I don't want to do.

So the question is, how do I assign the new certificate that is already on the server to this specific web site?

I could do it in II7 but I can't work out for the life of me how to assign it in IIS6.
