how to burn ISO dvd image to USB
Hello Experts,
I have 6.5 GB ISO image which needs to be burn in dual layer dvd disc for performing installation on the server. the problem is i don't have dual layer disc, is there any way so that i can burn that ISO image to USB stick and boot the server from USB stick and perform installation.
Note: The ISO image is created using the Acronis True Image backup software.

iucraigmc described right way. It works and files on key can be replaced with some other image.
For extracting ISO, you can also use WinRar. Open ISO, copy files to USB. Eject (or safely remove) key.

Instead of using the Windows CD at the end of the article, simply use a file extraction utility such as 7-zip to extract your ISO image to place the files on your USB.
