Forward to external recipents
I make a rule i outlook forwarding mails with specific subject to an external recipient. I have created the external recipient as a contact in AD. It works perfectly if i set the rule to an internal recipient. But to the external recipent it will not work. What am i doing wrong ?

Thats fine, but it has to be based on a rule i outlook. I don't want all mails to be forwarded
Not sure if I understand correctly. Is this user a internal mail domain user and some emails need to be forwarded (base don your Outlook rule)?
Maybe you set up two accounts, eg
John Smith
John Smith FWD
The second user would have a contact attached and mail forward enabled. You use it in your Outlook rule...

the user is internal but based on the criteria i set in the rule some mails need to be forwarded to an external recipient that is not part of the domain.
I think you definitely need two accounts then as described above.
