I would presonally create a new job and see if this fails then duplicate any settings from this to your daily routine.

The strang thing is that they all fail at 11 or 10:59 PM!!! And I made sure the automatic update is off too.

I need a batch file to restart the services on the backup exec server. I need to schedule this batch file on the backup exec server to run at specific timeing.

Thanks,

Now it keeps failing every night at 10 pm because its trying t o install a hotfix. I have tried to update it and it says its up to date and I even disabled the automatic backups. Whats should I do:

How can I download and install that hotfix manually or just stop it from running? I even made sure the live update is DIABLE but it still tryes to install that hotifx and FAILS and then it causes the services to stop therefore the backup jobs fail. PLEASE SOMEONE ADVICE.

I think you're going about this the wrong way.  Click on tools/options (I'm not in front of it right now) and choose the auto responce wizard.  What is happening is that it's probably asking if you want to overwrite the media but because you're not there and the default responce is cancel it cancels the job.
I agree with Paulsolov with this one - as this has exactly bitten me in the past :-)

Check your auto response wizard settings.

OK so should I choose "Do not auto responde" Or "Auto Responde" and then choose 1 minute and choose the option "Yes" for all of them?
Choose Auto Responde and then choose 1 minute to "yes"

The term "Backup" means the methods and processes involved to copy computer data (system data as well as application data) to media other than the ones where the data originally live (disk, tape, optical, cloud). "Restore" in turn means the methods and processes involved in data recovery, i. e., bringing back copied computer data to their original location. Backup/Restore primarily serves as a means of protection against data loss, be it due to disaster, corruption or sabotage. It can also be used for recovering data from an earlier point in time and even for cloning machines or applications. There is a wide variety of backup/restore software available, from expensive commercial products to free or open source tools.
