Unable to login to Microsoft portal

Hi, I am trying to connect to portal.microsoftonline.com which redirects to https:\\login.microsoftonline.com.

Outside the office this works fine but in the office I just get a blank screen. I have no messages on the firewall to indicate that it is blocking anything. The problem occurs with any machine in the office and as far as I know this is the only site that has this problem.

Would appreciate some help on this.
