Please show us the code that gives the error. What version of Visual Basic and of Excel are you using?

Since you have suppied a "docx" file I assume you are using Excel 2010
(it is the only one to have the MsExcel.WorksheetFunction.CountBlank property) and since you quoted vb.net I am ussuming you are using VB.Net.

Please supply the code that triggers the error.

Visual Basic Classic
