Is it possible to prevent people from being able to reply or post to a facebook fan page?

I wanted to know if and how, if I create a facebook fan page, to prevent friends of the fan page from being able to post pictures, etc.??

Also, if someone posts a reply or anything to a facebook fan page, can I (as the admin for the page) remove or delete the post (made by anyone)??

Please also explain how I would handle this.

You can delete posts

You can change the permissions on posting photos in Edit Page > Manage Permissions

So .. on a "fan page," users can add posts, pictures, etc.??

But, I can delete them?

Is there any way to block the ability for people to post "pictures, etc." from being added to my "FAN PAGE" ???
