I am currently having an issue where our Xen Desktop 5 users login to their systems, and the Microsoft Activation for Office prompts them for activation each time that log in. On our Xen Desktop provisioning server, we have checked the box to use MAK activation for our office licenses. We have entered our key and our admin account password. The end users are not prompted for a key, but they have to click that they have to activate Office, and then it successfully activates. Very strange issue, and I have not seen much information about this on the Citrix knowledge base. Any help would be very much appreciated. Our Provision server is version 5.6 SP1, and we are virtual infrastructure is running on Citrix Xen Server 5.6 SP2.
