Upgrading from Sharepoint WSS 3.0 to Sharepoint 2010 Foundation Issue

Hello,
I ran the pre-upgrade check tool on my sharepoint wss3.0 server to make sure I can upgrade to 2010 foundation, but received a few issues, please see the report given by the tool below. I only have 1 server using an internal database running SQL Server 2008 64-bit. My server is a Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise server. Can you please help me fix these issues so that I can upgrade to 2010 foundation?
