Where is "RPC Operations/sec per user" performance monitor category in Windows Server 2008?
Microsoft's troubleshooting documents for high RPC counts on Exchange server refer to checking the "RPC Operations/sec per user" performance monitor counter. I can only find the where is "RPC Operations/sec" counter in the "MSExchangeIS" category...where is the counter for "per user"?
