Application needs to be run as administrator?

I have an application that needs to be run with administrative rights.   It works fine on workstations but on the terminal server the only way I can get it to run is by clicking "run as administrator" .

When I try to go into the properties of the icon to set it up to always run as administrator all the options are greyed out.

Can some on please advice on a way around this?

Windows SBS 2011 with premium add-on.   RDP is installed and configured on second Win 2008 Server.

Thanks
Tim

Thank you,  John I realized you said no assist was necc. but I had to.  The secret to success was processmonitor.   The program was trying to access a file that was in the administrators user profile.  Granted access to that and presto.  Would of never of found that.  I was focused on the registry.
I appreciate it, was only trying to be fair....

Glad you are fixed.....
