Make company page public so it can be crawled by google

I have a company page on facebook
www.facebook/housecarers  To view it etc a facebook login is required - so google can't crawl it.

When you go there you have to login to view links etc. I want this to be public so google can crawl it.  It is linked created by my personal profile.  I have to do it this way as it is agains facebook policy to have more than one account.  I can change privacy settings for my personal profile but not the company page?  I dont want my private profile public. How to do this?
Thanks Ian

Facebook can be enfuriating. Even though they have millions of dollars to spend on the best talent they dont make everything clear. Seems they should be following this formum to see what frustrates users
