See how much information you can get about your server load, network congestion etc at the time of you experiencing slow responses, then we can start looking at specific solutions.

Thanks for your time psimation. I will see what I can gather about the server load, network congestion, etc... from my hosting company.<br />

One note: when it does hang...it's not slow...it will just spin forever. &nbsp;As soon as you click again it will engage the site properly.

There can be many things as mentioned earlier. On client side, that can be javascript files or images which may taking time. Test your slow pages with <a href="http://www.webpagetest.org/" rel="ugc">http://www.webpagetest.org/</a>.
