Outlook 2007 with Mailstreet.com is horribly slow

We are using Mailstreet as our Exchange server with 3 different locations, extremely fast internet and Outlook 2007 on XP and 7 machines. I have it setup for tcp and http connections. Its just slow to connect to the server (about 1 minute) then when you are sending or checking mail it can take up to 3 minutes for the program to respond. Any ideas?
