You might need to check there permissions to amke sure they are the same as a user that can use OWA.<br />

Make sure OWA is enabled in the user account.<br />
<br />
What version of Exchange are you using.<br />

We have a SBS 2003 server everyone can use OWA OK apart from just one user everytime they enter their login credentials they get an HTTP 403 error The website declined to show this webpage - then in the most likey causes underneath suggest •This website requires you to log in.<br />
