Malwarebytes deletes excel.exe

Hello all - I use malwarebytes and it is a terrific program, but every time I run a scan it deletes excel.exe.  I have to restore it back so that the program returns and is useful.  Any fix for this?  Windows XP Professional.  Microsoft Office 2007.

Thank you.

I suspect that Excel.exe is infected - try replacing it with excel.exe from another source

If Excel is indeed infected, it may be pertinent for you to use a tool such as NOD32 online scanner to remove the infection differently. Note: Many antivirus have different removal procedures.

I would recommend running it in safe mode:

Please follow the advice from younghv and post the excel.exe to website. You may also try few other website and submit the excel.exe to check if it is infected.
