Outlook hang on one Workstation....
Hey all,
I have a SBS 2011 server and 10 users. All the clients use Outlook 2007 and all clients work pretty well except for one. It constantly get a message that appears saying, "attempting to retrieve data from Exchange Server." The Outlook hangs and gives this output in the Event Viewer:
Event ID: 5000
officelifeboathang, P1 outlook.exe, P2 12.0.6557.5001, P3 ntdll.dll, P4 5.1.2600.6055, P5 NIL, P6 NIL, P7
it also gives:
Event ID: 7002
ID: 6, Application Name: Microsoft Office Outlook, Application Version: 12.0.6557.5001, Microsoft Office Version: 12.0.6425.1000. This session lasted 124 seconds with 60 seconds of active time. This session ended with a hang.
This users mailbox is fairly large and has it set to cached exchange mode. It gets hung mostly when switching views from the mail to the calendar.
Thanks
Mike B
