At the moment we do not have a GPO in place blocking archiving just yet. &nbsp;I have found though that the issue only seems to be with Outlook 2010 Professional Version. &nbsp;Users with Outlook 2010 Standard have the Archive button visible to them.

In several users Outlook applications (including my own) the Archive option under Cleanup Tools is greyed out. &nbsp;We do not have &nbsp;GPO blocking PST creation - the option to create a new PST file is accessible, and there is no registry key disabling them either. &nbsp;
