DHCP server is showing red arrow

All of a sudden my dhcp server is showing a red arrow even though it is authorized. So I unauthorize it, wait  some minutes, hit refresh then authorize it again hit refresh and its still red . While it is red, I go into actions and there is an option to unauthorize. My question is why isnt it authorizing correctly?

This may seem like a silly question, but is there any other DHCP server on the same network?  Particularly one that might be running the same scope as your server?  Most likely it wouldn't be another Windows server (that's why you have to authorize it)...I'm thinking something along the lines as an access point or router someone may have thought to plug in

We have several dhcp servers but on different networks segmented by routers. Yiou know what, I need to check the router here, cause I think I remember someone mentioning they were gonna try to implement dhcp on the cisco router...........more to come.
