I did my own research and found the answer myself. This answer was the only one I recieved but it is actually completely wrong. The path doesn't exist at all. I did find the path I needed eventually via some registry keys.

Where Are SAPI 5.0 Speech Recognition Profiles Stored?

Voice or speech recognition includes methodologies and technologies that enable the recognition and translation of spoken language into text by computers and computerized devices.
