slow email for SBS 2003 user

A SBS 2003 user reports that emails take hours or days to reach the recipient.  Other users do not have any issues.  Where would I start to troubleshoot this issue?

I would begin by the user's PC.
If it is setup just like all other users, this indicates a computer-related problem (at first glance, of course - it may not be the case).

So, I would run Combofix and MalwareBytes' AntiMalware on the user's PC and see if it solves the problem.
Send an email to an external address you can access. Then put the email header through a parser to see where it's getting stuck:


I ran the AV scan and there is malware on the system.  I also attempted to send the user an email and it says the email client cannot handle any more mail.  The user ignores the Autoarchive prompts and their quota is reached.
I'll run it through the parser if the problem remains after fixing malware and inbox.  Thanks.
