I have a user that can;'t add his Exchange 2010 email account to his new IPAD. The message is "Unable to verify...". I checked that the internet connection is working. I tried every combination of username (domain\username, email@example.com...) and I even compared the settings to another IPAD user that has the same setup information that does not have any issues connecting. Is there a setting in Exchage 2010 that might be preventing the user from adding his email to his IPAD?
