I'm planning a migration to Windows 2008.
My primary server will be a 2008 64 bit Server.
I will also have a 2003 32 bit server in the mix that will be going away eventually.
Can I make the 64 bit server a print server even for my XP systems that use 32 bit drivers?
My workstations are all 32 bit and are a mix of XP and windows 7.

Yes you can you just need to use the add additional drivers option on the 64 bit print server and add the 32 bit drivers.

Providing that your printer manufacturer supports both 32bit and 64bit, you should be OK.  Check this out http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc732946.aspx.
