Automatically delete messages older than 30 days from a specific sender

Hello, we have a legal requirement to delete/expire all emails older than 30 days that were sent by one specific sender.   The subject will be different, but the sender will always be the same.  The emails could be in any folder in a person's mailbox.  This is a process that would run daily against approximately 10,000 mailboxes. Anybody know of an easy way to accomplish this?   Thanks
