When I try to install Security Essentials on a new HP desktop with Windows 7, I get error code 0x80070643.<br />

I looked this up and found where Microsoft Installer might not be turned on. &nbsp;I checked, however, and Installer is indeed on.<br />

Any solution to getting Security Essentials to install?<br />
