Windows 7 Transfer User

Hello all,
I have never done this on WIndows 7 so I am requesting help on this.
I have a client that has a Windows 7 machine with only one user (that is an administrator).  This PC is not on active directory.  Mainly it is a standalone PC.  The main software company, which is having an error, is stating that there is something corrupt in the user id.
I know how to create a new user id.  What I do not know is how to easily transfer all data, user settings, etc. that is under one user id to another user id on the same PC.
Is there an easy way to do this?
If so, what are the step-by-step instructions?
Thank you,
Kelly W.

Uhm, that link is for Windows XP.
Thanks,
Kelly W.
Don't use it often, as I do this manually for the most part....

Usually Favorites/Docs/Pics/Music/Mail etc.... The majority of settings under APPDATA will rebuild.... Handful of things under the Roaming/Office folders....

So I can do Windows Easy Transfer on the same machine that the user is currently on?
Will give it a try but it will not be until Monday morning.
Thanks,
Kelly W.
Sorry for the bad link. You start it by typing Easy Transfer in e Start Menu, just wanted to provide additional info with the link.... Good luck with it....
