Header text box formatting issue

We ran into a header formatting issue in Word 2000. The header's formatting is pushing the main body too low on the page. Is there a way to 'float' the main body content on top of the header content ?

This may seem counterintuitive, but I found that using a negative value for the Top Margin (in Page Setup) has fixed this problem for me in the past.

Thank you GrahamSkan. It seems that's all I needed.
Thanks for the input Paul , but it seems the behind text modification worked the best without changing the margins.
