Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 Active Directory Netlogon warning Log Event ID 5782

I am getting an warning event ID 5782 about Netlogon. We do not host our own DNS our ITS service does so i run Active Directory but they host all of our records. The warning i get is this below...

Dynamic registration or deregistration of one or more DNS records failed with the following error:
No DNS servers configured for local system.

You should be taking care of DNS internally as well to allowing your ISP to take care of your external DNS servers.

Your DCs should be pointing to themselves for DNS.

Thats not the way it works here. Our DC's point to their DNS since they control it. We are not allowed to have our own DNS.

The main networking department within the same company. We do not have any access or control over the DNS though. Any additions or request we have need to be submitted for them to make the change. It is not Windows AD also i think its some type of Unix DNS

If the people who is hosting your DNS is using INFOBLOX you may have to load a hotfix to your DC's as the report this issue, but it is working correctly.
