clusters and non clusters

i like to know for based on which queries we should use clusters and non clusters index.
Can experts give a query as an example?

clutered index is an index type that can exist once in a table. It is used if you have unique data on a column and does not need reorg or rebuild. on the other hand non clustered index are used for other cases and needs reorg or rebuild in time.
