Hi,

For one user, all you need to do is either create a shortcut or copy an executable (.exe, .bat or .cmd) into C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Start Menu\Program\Startup.

For all users of a system, it would go here: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup.
