HTC EVO PROBLEMS WITH ACTIVE SYNC AND EXCHANGE 2003
OUR COPERATION IS STARTING TO USE HTC EVO PHONES USING ACTIVE SYNC TO RECIEVE COOPERATE EMAILS. THE PROBLEM WE ARE HAVING IS WHEN YOU SYNC TO OWA IT WILL NOT SYNC THE INBOX. WE WILL RECIEVE ERORS "AN IO ERROR HAS OCCURED,"UNKNOWN ERROR ON EXCHANGE SERVER". AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE PROVIDER AND MICROSOFT EVERYONE IS POINTING FINGERS AND ULTIMATE HAVE TO EXPORT AND IMPORT USERS MAILBOX TO GET IT WORKING WHICH IS FUSTRATING. IS THERE A PROBLEM WITH THE EVO ACTIVE SYNC AND EXCHANGE 2003? IT WORKS WITH TOUCHDOWN AND BLACKBERRY NO PROBLEM.

YES ITS WITH VERISIGN FUNNY THING IS, I CAN GET MY CONTACTS, AND CALENDAR. IT WILL SHOW ME ALL SUB FOLDERS IN MY IN BOX BUT WILL NOT DOWNLOAD ANY EMAILS. I EXPORTED AND IMPORTED MY MAIL FROM OUTLOOK AND RESYNC AND IT WORED. I NOW HAVE A EVO HTC VIEW AND ITS DOING THE SAME THING. I WILL GET CALENDAR AND CONTACTS NO MAIL. DID I MENTION I CAN SEND EMAIL FROM THE EVO VIEW WITH NO PROBLEM. WE HAD MICROSOFT TO CHECK OUR OWA AND EVERYTHING CHECK OUT OK. CAN YOU SYNC MULTIPLE DEVICES USING ACTIVE SYNC WITH EXCHANGE 2003
