Exchange 2003 - IP working - URL not working

Operating System: Windows Server 2003 Enterprise
Mail Server: Exchange Server 2003 SP2
OS and Mail Server fully up to date.
OWA working
Mobile Access working

My problem is that when I use the domain name to access OWA I can NOT login and view my emails. The username/password prompt just pops up again. When I use the IP address, I can login just fine.

Please review your DNS records for Exchnage server. Maybe something is missing within DNS?
You can try with logging to Exchange server and then from command-line type

ipconfig /flushdns
ifconfig /registerdns

wait few seconds and then on your client type also in command-line

ipconfig /flushdns

re-try connection using DNS name.
