Error copying file server side

I'm using file.copy to copy a file in an ASP.NET web site.  Obviously this is running server side.  Odd thing is that when I run the web page from the web browser on the server running IIS the copy works fine but if I run the same web page from a browser on another PC the file copy fails with 'Access Denied'.  I am logged in under the same domain user on bother systems.

IIS is configured to use Integrated Windows Authentication.  Any ideas where to look next?

Do you use impersonation?
<identity impersonate="true" />
I would advise to check identity under which file.copy is executed. You can do it like this: WindowsIdentity.GetCurrent().Name;

Yes - using impersonation and when I list the username it is the same in both cases...  I just can't see what else to check and why the behaviour would be different
Do you get this error when impersonating a configured account:
<identity impersonate="true" userName="AdminUsername"  password="AdminPassword"/>?

Not sure - I have left the client site but I will try that when I go back on Monday hopefully - thanks for the suggestion
