Cut Paste not working

my code below is not doing cut rather than copying the cell, why is that so

Your Cut command did not specify a destination :)

so this part of the code must be written with that cut line of code? i mentioned it below,
is that the format of vba?
What that line does is assign to the cell on the left the value of the cell on the right (mycell), but it has nothing to do with the cut. When you cut/copy you have to specify the destination afterwards.
