We use a program in as400 called IMS. Its a program that puts files (reports) in a folio to be viewd. Its a paperless solution. There are two ways to view your folio: 1. use the client program. 2. Go through a web portal. I have a user who views his through the web portal because the client wont work properly on his machine. When he views reports and tries to print them the far right side of the report gets cut off no matter how we scale the page. He is using IE 8 and I cannot find an option ANYWHERE in print preferences or IE 8 to change the font size to make the reports fit. We are printing in landscape. I found the option to ignore page styling, to supposedly let you control the web pages font size and I checked that but I still cannot change the font size, only the style and type. Please help.

I forgot to mention that the reports are being viewed in windows with the client program. the users are not trying to view the reports in as400 directly.

Suggest you contact the vendor and see if there is a way to configure font size on the application side. Sounds like the font size is hardcoded int eh page, which can limit your options for resizing the font in the browser.
Otherwise, you can try the techniques suggested here:
http://www.disabled-world.com/disability/accessibility/websitedesign/text-size-internet-explorer.php
Another alternative would be to save the page out of IE, and then and write a program or script to resize the fonts for you, or perhaps open it up in an HTML editor (or even Word) and edit the font size.
Finally, are there options to generate the reports in an alternate format, for example, can you export the report to Excel? IF so, then the user can open up the Excel document and scale the document however he/she likes for printing.

There seems to be no way to alter the font in IE when viewing IMS reports. Numerous users are complaining of this issue. When opening a report in IE all of IE's menu bars disappear.
