I'm confused at point number one, where do I find the 'Microsoft Exchange Administrative Group Name'?

For Microsoft Exchange Server 2000 or 2003
1. Right-click the Microsoft Exchange administrative group name and select Delegate Control. Click Next.
2. Add the service account as an Exchange View Only Administrator, if it is not already present.
