It is a Cisco IOS Feature Navigator
It doesn't look like it does bt you might try calling Cisco or your provider to verify.

The IP Base image does not support enhanced routing features such as Nonstop Forwarding (NSF) , BGP, Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol (EIGRP), Open Shortest Path First (OSPF), Intermediate System-to-Intermediate System (IS-IS), Virtual Routing Forwarding (VRF-lite) and policy-based routing (PBR).

Is the command set available:

config t
 router bgp ?

The biggest issue with BGP (if it's available) is the amount of memory that is in the device. Unless you have at least a Gig of memory, you will be limited to partial or default routes.

How much memory is in the box?  And how much is free?  And, how many peers will you have with what type of configuration (full routes, partial routes, default route)?

It means your IOS supports BGP but you still need to consider memory
