I opened a website initially in vs 2010 and it asked me if I wanted to upgrade the site to .net 4.<br />
<br />
I said no.<br />
<br />
Now down the line I do want to do the upgrade but vs doesnt ask me anymore when i open the website.<br />

How come I get it to ask me again?<br />
